Time Study Completion and Analysis

I completed over three hundred time studies where I recorded a detailed methodology of each task and calculated the rate of each time study. Then I used the rates to calculate daily efficiency for different stations, individual efficiency, product routes, machine capacity, and find bottlenecks. Using only the time studies I identified waste in the methods and created standard time data.
